We are a family business operating from Elkridge in Maryland. Our company is insured and operates in compliance with the State of Maryland laws.

JVS Floors, LLC was founded by Vicente Sagastume who has been passionate about the flooring industry and working with floors for over 10 years. The owner and CEO also carries an OSHA and CPR certification to take informed business decisions and care for all involved in his projects.

Through his leadership and expertise in the industry, he created a business with people that care about our customers and that work hard to deliver the finest work.
